How to report

What to include

• A link to the content, profile, or release — or the title and artist.
• What's wrong with it, in your own words.
• Your contact email, if you'd like us to follow up.

Law enforcement and legal requests

Requests from law enforcement, courts, or government agencies for account information or content preservation should go to legal@scenetown.com with the legal process attached. We respond to valid process as the law requires, we may notify the affected member unless prohibited, and we do not disclose member information on an informal request.

What happens next

1. We review reports. Reports involving child safety are prioritized above all others; we may not be able to respond to every report individually.
2. We decide what breaks our rules at our sole discretion, and we may remove content, restrict features, or act on the account responsible — with or without telling the person who reported.
3. We preserve the evidence we're legally required to preserve, report apparent child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), and cooperate with law enforcement and courts as U.S. law requires or permits.
4. Where you've given us a contact email and the situation allows, we follow up. Reports are confidential to the extent the law allows; we do not share a reporter's identity with the person reported unless the law requires it.
5. Knowingly false reports are a violation of our Acceptable Use Policy and may be acted on.
